Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kvantoria. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the dispatch and delivery of your order.

SECTION 1 - WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship exclusively to Germany. Orders are dispatched from our warehouses located in Germany and France. At this time, we are unable to ship to addresses outside of Germany.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Free Standard Shipping
- Cost: free
- Delivery time: 4 to 5 business days from dispatch

Insured Express Shipping
- Cost: 4.95 EUR
- Delivery time: 2 to 3 business days from dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and are counted in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. They begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.

SECTION 3 - ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SECTION 4 - DELAYS

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, extreme weather conditions, or public holidays. We will do our best to inform you of any significant delay affecting your order.

SECTION 5 - TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's journey to your door.

SECTION 6 - LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your Insured Express Shipping package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If you selected Free Standard Shipping and your package is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to us so we can assist you in finding a solution.

SECTION 7 - INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we will do our best to assist in redirecting a package where possible.
